Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Complex Decogestive Therapy
During the Manual Lymphatic Drainage session, light rhythmic movements stimulate the lymphatic system allowing lymph to move easily through the tissues and lymph nodes. The proper functioning of the lymphatic system is critical to our body’s ability to drain fluids, detoxify, regenerate tissues, filter out toxins and foreign substances, and maintain a healthy immune system. The massage is beneficial for many health challenges such as post-surgical edema, cancer and radiation related lymphedema, trauma, venous insufficiency and obesity just to name a few.
The Complex Decongestive Therapy combines bandaging, compression garments, manual lymphatic drainage, exercise, and self care. It is considered the golden standard to treat lymphedema and is endorsed by the International Society of Lymphology.

Thai Massage
Thai Massage is a type of Asian bodywork therapy based on the treatment of the human body, mind, and spirit. It is performed while you are fully clothed on a padded mat. Thai massage includes acupressure, stretching, pressing, and rocking techniques to relieve deep tension and enhance flexibility and range of motion. It is sometimes called the "lazy person's yoga."
LaStone Massage Therapy®
LaStone Therapy® is not your typical "Hot Stone massage" as both, hot and cold stones (if indicated) are used during the session to enhance the therapeutic effect. Incorporating the ancient knowledge of geo-thermotherapy this massage relieves pain, stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems, and helps detoxify the body.

Aromatherapy combines the gentle touches of Swedish massage with the addition of essential oils.
Sports massage is a good option if you have an injury from repetitive muscle use. It also helps improve flexibility and sports performance, and reduces risk of injury.
Therapeutic massage is based on my extensive range of massage skills. The session will be tailored to your individual needs.
